   I got tired of my Keurig coffee brewers dying so am trying the Ninja. Right out of the box the Ninja can brew K-Cups and ground coffee as it has filters/adapters for both. So far I have only used K-Cups and I think it’s great, just as good or better as the coffee from our latest dead Keurig multi-stream brewer. We’ve been using Keurig brewers for more than 20 years and the old models latest for a long time. A few years ago we bought a new one and it lasted just over one year. Then we bought a fancy one at Costco and after one week, it wouldn’t turn on as though the power was out. We took it back and bought another Keurig at a hardware store. It worked perfectly for about one year and then same problem, wouldn’t turn on and was completely dead. At about the same time, our daughter had a Keurig that had the exact same problem. I watched many Youtube videos where people are removing the panels on Keurig machines only to press a reset button in the internals of the brewer. This seems to be a very old problem that could be easily fixed by Keurig if everybody would quit buying them, so that’s what I did. Anyway, love the new Ninja and I hope it lasts longer than my last few Keurig brewers.

   Heats up warer fast and hot, lots of brew choices and size and type, have used the over ice form but as a hot shot not over ice. I like the brew vasket option also. Has adjustable cup size holder which you can raise or lower to avoid splashing .

   Gave it a good try, kept it since January and am finally done with it. Leaks out of the bottom, can’t figure out why, and more than half the time, the coffee cup is full of grinds. Wanted to love it as I have my other Ninja products but this is one just isn’t working. Only wish I had figured it out prior to the return window ending.

   This is such a sleek coffee maker! The water reservoir is so easy to get in and out. Very easy to understand the functions. Absolutely love it. Best coffee maker I’ve purchased.

   Our daughter bought this for us in 2023. It worked fine for a few months.The problem we have is that it doesn’t empty all the water through the filter. We tried everything but nothing works. We tried contacting ninja but no response. We feel bad just tossing it to the dump because we know it was pricey.
   Definitely would not recommend.

   I am very happy with this machine. I have had several Keurig’s that do not perform. I love that this machine has built in storage for all it’s parts. When you brew with ground beans the flavour is great but the clean-up is a bit messy. Definitely recommend this machine. Also descaling sounds very easy.
