   Magic, is what this product is about! Create your own ice cream with just a short 24 hour turnaround. This product is super loud when it is running, but only takes about 5 minutes to go through its process to have ice cream, gelato, or iced beverage of your choosing. This model does have a few more options than the other models and honestly couldn’t tell you if they make it better, but it takes out all guess work when you know what to create! This is a family favorite and worth it!

   My husband bought me this for Valentine’s Day and I absolutely love it! I usually make sorbet (mango is my favorite). I’m also pregnant and this machine makes me stay healthy when I’m making my late night sorbet snack and I couldn’t be happier. I use frozen fruit in the machine and just turn it on and I instantly have my little snack ready to go. I know the tutorials say to put whatever you’re gonna make in there, let it freeze and then put it in the machine and blend. But you literally can just put frozen fruit in there and go on about your business without having to wait a few hours before you can actually enjoy your snack. I put the frozen fruit in with some agave for sweetener and blend. FYI, DONT ATTEMPT TO MAKE PINEAPPLE SPRBET WITH FROZEN PINEAPPLES. Worse mistake of my life. The pineapples need to be juiced first, then frozen, then blended. Lesson learned LOL. I put frozen pineapples thinking it was gonna be like the mangoes. Boy was I wrong. It was a stringy mess.

   It works ok so far but I had to spend hours on you tube to figure out how to use it because it didn’t come with an instruction booklet or recipe book. So I had to spend more money to buy a recipe book before I could even use it

   I did a move and waited to use this product with excitement and the day that I open the box to finally use the ninja creamy. It didn’t arrive with the pint cup to even pour the stuff in so I had to buy my own separately and after the first use, the blade kept dropping in and is now burnt out I did everything I was supposed to. I made sure the lid locked. I made sure that the blade was in place but to say that I want a refund is an understatement. I just wasted my money.😭

    This is a replacement (under a ninjaoutlets.com add-on warranty) Creami for our original purchase – which was a refurb. The 1st machine lasted about 3 months and then began having an electrical smell. And it made grinding noises. So far this replacement machine (factory new) has worked flawlessly. In this particular case I suspect that buying a refurbed was not a good idea. Usually….almost always….I have good luck with refurbs from ninjaoutlets.com.

    I accidentally bought the renewed version which I wouldn’t usually do on a food item. My mistake.
    I cleaned it especially good before using. We have used it with no issues, it works as it should. It’s actually a lot of fun and easy to use.
    It is noisy, but considering it is grinding through ice, it’s not too bad.
    It will take a while to “pay” for itself, but we will definitely get there, enjoying the ice cream along the way.

    The machine came with damage to the casing. I have used one of these before and ran some ice cream through into. It was making a grinding noise and did not mix it all the way. I will say that it was easy to return and received my refund right away. I bought a new one from Costco and everything is great!
