It was defective. I turned it on. Then turned it off. No lights or anything was lit up on the panel. About 15 min later we smelled electrical burn. Checked the fryer and it was very hot but it wasn’t turned on. It tripped the electric outlet as well with the power surge. I returned due to defect. I was excited about this larger fryer but scared of elec fire.

We love this thing so much we’re buying a spare in case they stop making it! The large cooking zone & being able to split it into 2 with different times & temps & smart finish all give you the ability to make perfectly cooked food look easy. The unit is so easy to clean compared to ANY other conventional oven I am constantly amazed! Ninja, this unit should always be out there!!

Air fryer works great. I paid for the bundle extra 2 year warranty. They did not include it. After contacting Beach they sent me a link to register. They make you jump through hoops to try to get your product registered for warranty and then try to upsell you on everything. Provided all the information and still says only partially registered what a joke. I really would not have paid for the extra warranty had I known this.
