I purchased this portable blender to replace a smaller version and the difference is extreme in the best of ways.
1) It has the power to blend frozen berries mixed with protein powder and whole ginger. When it is starting the blender will start to rotate on a smooth surface.
2) it has an automatic program to make a smoothie properly.
3) you can mix and run with the container and not need to unscrew the container and screw on a lid which creates a mess to clean.
I have been able to get two smoothies per charge which is ok but the charger is a wall volts plug so using a simple usb charger is not going to happen.
If you need more than just a basic portable device this is the way to go.

I wish I had my blend jet beside me to take a comparison video. I found with blend jet, it wasnt as powerful – had issues with it constantly needing to be shaken to blend, hence the battery would last a day vs the 6 it said it would…. So when I saw this ninja blender max go on sale for $60, I could buy it to try it out. Wow, what a game changer!!!! 10/10 so much better! More power, feels like 30%. Never had to restart it do to a jam. It is really easy to use, hold, drink out of. It’s just comfortable and made a beautiful shake. I’m presently drinking shakes in the morning again ;). It’s even easier to clean! Can fit my hand in it. Thank you so much Ninja! For nocking this one out of the park.
If I could make it better… I’d love a locking mechanism on the lid (for travel). And being picky the rubber handle to match the base of the motor. That way everyone in the house hold could have their own colour coordinated, no fighting. Teal base with a teal handle ⭐️

Works well, love the cup size (22oz), it does move across the counter when I blend lol but it’s a strong motor so it blends what it needs to. Love that it can crush ice.
