Really wanted to enjoy this product. Arrived promptly and packaged well except no instruction book just a QR code for manual. After a week it the warming plate would not work hence tepid coffee hoped for a replacement but it’s unavailable have purchased many ninja products and have been pleased with the brand but disappointed with this coffee maker

Love this new coffee maker and super excited to try out some nespresso pods with it. The box arrived in perfect condition (no dings, dents, or scraping). This replaced my previous maker and espresso machine (separate machines) which will let me save some space on the counter! Having the adjustable pieces for cup sizes is awesome too, because sometimes I just want more than a cup but less than a pot. Definitely recommend.

I’m wasting a lot of the pods because it doesn’t want brew them all the time it just starts and the stops and says add water but the reservoir has plenty of water it because as soon as you release it it bumps the water in the waste container but the coffee temperature is s good and the noise level is minimal over all I wish I wasn’t wasting pods is my biggest issue
