   This Ninja has become a beloved member of our family. I don’t know how we ever survived without it. An instruction manual of some sort would have been nice, but it’s pretty easy to figure out. If only it would refill it’s own water reservoir, because my teen daughter sure won’t. I do love that it has so many options to choose from–whether you need to brew a full carafe, iced latte, or just want a single espresso shot–this thing has got you covered! The milk frother is a pretty sweet added bonus.

   When I found out about this, I was counting the days until my trusty Keurig broke. Finally the day came, and this replacement did not disappoint! First off, it’s enormous, but gorgeous, and really makes for a fine centerpiece at my coffee station. Easily accommodates the super-big thermos that I couldn’t fit in my Keurig. Very convenient accessories, with very helpful instructions for all us idiots. Suggested coffee/water quantity on the spoon/reservoir; beeps when it’s done; a locking feature to prevent leakage. I admit to missing my Keurig’s runoff trap, but that’s a small price to pay for a heating plate.
   And the variety of features and settings is fabulous. Of course, the single-serve cartridge is a little deep, which makes extracting my reusable K-cup a bit tricky to extract (Especially right after it’s been used and is boiling hot). But that’s a minor nitpick in the grand scheme of things. This is easily, EASILY, worth the slightly higher price tag than the big-name competitors, and is a steal compared to expensive “premium” coffeemakers of comparable quality.

   I was looking at my past orders and came across this. It’s one of the few appliances we have bought and NEVER had a problem with (knock on wood). Especially coffee/espresso makers we have tried many and and many have failed. This has been working flawlessly since 2023 now – no leaks, no grinds overflowing, no clogs. Coffee is always tasty and predictable. It works quickly! It’s just perfect, even if we only ever used it for pods I would prefer it over a keurig. The only thing is that I was annoyed the “frother” is just a whisk and not a steamer, but whatever – it’s for decoration at this point. So yeah, 14-15 months and counting with zero issues and that’s a rarity, so give it a shot!!

   Todo parece estar bien. No la chequé, porque en la descripción dice: FILTRO DE METAL, y pensé que lo incluía, así que lo tuve que comprar a Amazón. Finalmente, NO MANDARON EL SEGURO del recipiente del agua, ignoro si afecta su funcionamiento. Cuando la use, daré mi opinión definitiva. La entrega, súper bién, me llegó al día siguiente de la compra. Embalaje deficiente, pero llegó bien.

   Selected 8 oz option 2x and it only brewed less than 4 oz both times. Coffee in measuring cup shows what came out of it with brew style of over ice. Not sure how I feel about this…. Trying classic setting for 10 oz the third time (with the same k cup) 3rd picture shows how much 10 oz is. For my coffee drinkers.

   Absolutely love it! Frother is awesome and the scoop makes it easy to have a perfect brew. It does come with a warranty card that has a QR code for the owners manual, but I just googled the model number and found one online easier. Definitely peel the model number label sticker off the box and keep it in case you need to make a claim.

    When I initially received this product I loved it. Six months end the pod clean light came on so we cleaned the pot as directed. Only to find out the pod part if the machine would not work, what we found out that there was a pin straight up in the button of the pod pit had bent and not puncher the pod so the coffee would flow through, also upon closure looking the pod unit it’s self was cracked, I only used Ninja pods when making my own coffee or store bought pods. So wondering if this is a common issue the Ninja pod part of the coffee pot has. No problem with the carafe part of coffee pot . Was very disappointed cause I loved my Ninja! Any words?

    La verdad, es la mejor cafetera que he comprado, Ninja no defrauda, facil de usar y programar. exquisito el sistema de café, muy buena temperarura de servido y el deposito carafe insulado conserva la temperatura un par de horas o te haces el cafe solo para una tasa, ya sea clasico enriquecido (fuerte) o expresso. El espumador es excelente, solo que hay que calentar la leche en el Microwave primero, luego pues fenomenal, te queda como seda la espuma. Y como un plus, Sirve de tetera también, solo de poner el sobrecito con la esencia en la tasa y dejar car el agua caliente. En mi caso compre por aparte los cup K y con la cuchara smart la lleno al tope y listo.

    My ninja broke down so i ordered this one so i could have coffee…right!? Well it arrived FAST. It brews: Hot water but does NOT brew coffee. And it does not come with an instruction book so you have to download it from a scan square bar. That doesn’t work either. I am so frustrated and so upset. I have a long trip to make in the morning and wanted coffee ready to go. Now I not only have to get up earlier but i have to BUY coffee at a kiosk. I am so not happy at all. Last time i buy an “excellent refurbished” ANYTHING

    Tiene funciones muy buenas que me ayudaron a despejar mi espacio de cafeteras, como los pods y la funcion de dar agua caliente, pero lo malo es que cuando elijo agua caliente del dipensador hace un salpicadero de agua por todos lados, lo mismo pasa al usar los pods, el agua no sale controlada, sale a chorro y moja al rededor. Es bonita, pero las funciones adicionales no estan controladas.
