   Extremely disappointed in how I received this VERY expensive coffee maker. Seems like it’s been used. No Ninja box. Broken styrofoam pieces stuffed around the edges. There was wetness on the top of the machine. Sorry, I paid too much for this. I’m returning it ASAP!

   PLEASE clean before you use it. After cleaning it, there was grit in the coffee pot and it smelled of old coffee grounds. Otherwise I like it and it works well. Did not come with the measuring spoon though

   Ninja Foodie air fryer, Ninja blender and now a Ninja Dual Brew coffee maker. The company just makes stylish, functional, quality products that I am proud to own. This is an honest review. At this point, I would buy just about anything with the name. The attention to every detail is something most miss by a long shot. Not Ninja products. First arrived with a broken carafe which I could hear in the box. I returned it and replaced. 2nd one was like brand new! We had the original Keurig single cup and it was on last legs by the sound of it, but wanted the option to make a pot too. Frothier is an added bonus we will probably never use. Refurbished to the 10th degree and we would never know. If you want an awesome product at about half the price this is it!

    We purchased this a few months back & it’s been holding up well. It is a Keurig/ coffee maker. It has a frother as well. I love that you can choose how much coffee to make. If you’re not in the mood for an entire pot, you can have just a cup or even half a pot. It’s easily operable & easy to clean. I recommend this over any basic coffee maker.

    I just got this coffee machine and missing the measure thing like I saw in another reviews.. and I think the coffee is not toooo hot like I really like lol but besides that work good I followed the instructions with no problem! And I love the fact you can choose your coffee style.

    Not sure why it has bad reviews – I like it much better than Keurig. Never used that arm on the side, but I brew 4-6 cups daily. I have it over two years now without malfunction. Descaling is easy – it takes over an hour, but you just run it and forget about it. It does a bit at a time and then lets it soak.

    Coffee tastes great. It could be a tad hotter for my taste, but I’m not complaining. I use the 8oz rich coffee setting.

    I bought another pot for tea. I run one empty turn between switches to get any residue out (coffee to tea or tea to coffee).

    Love this thing it’s so nice having the option to make a single cup for myself or a full pot If I have company. And it’s so nice having the removable water reservoir just take it to the sink and set it back in place.

    Coffee maker is marvelous. A little technical but works very well. Often fill refillable k cup with my favorite coffee. But it’s nice to have some disposable k cups from store for convenience. Can set it for 28 40 52 or 65oz pots. Often 40 is perfect especially if I need a cup and need to fill 2 travel cups in the morning. Work great for loose leaf tea. What’s left over goes in the fridge for iced tea later. 28 oz is perfect for iced coffee. Use a quart size glass cup

    I love ninja products because they’re always great quality. I don’t know what happened here but I bought two and one of them did not work. The one that does work is absolutely wonderful and I love it. As far as the return goes I would have rather had an exchange, but it requires me to ship it back and buy a new one. If I wait for them to get it back and return my money, it could take up to two weeks maybe longer. Then I have to place my order again if they’re still in stock. Otherwise I have to front the cash and wait for the return. Just a reality of online purchases. This was an “EXCELLENGT” refurbished product so I knew there was a chance of failure.—– UPDATE… I live more than an hour from a UPS drop off center and the seller would/did not send a USPS LABEL. ninjaoutlets.com filed a claim for a full refund and I ordered another one for replacement. So…. not overly joyed, but aliexpress doesn’t have this model. :0)
