The 7 in 1 containers are a little smaller than the once for the 11 in 1 Creami Deluxe. I love that they are real Ninja products and so I feel confident in the quality of the pints.

    Apparently, ninjaoutlets.com sells some Ninja-style pint jars that are not actually made by Ninja. Some reviews of these “Brand X” jars indicate a variety of problems, e.g., the jar’s too tall, the jar’s too short, the lid does not fit well. So, I am pleased to say that this two-pack of pint jars is made by Ninja, expressly to go with the Ninja Creami Deluxe NC500 series, and they are perfect! They cost a little more, but I didn’t mind, because these are the real deal. Note: be sure your Ninja Creami Deluxe is part of the NC500 series. Mine has a weird model number — CN501CO — but, yes, it is part of the NC500 series.

    I loved this machine. I used it to make low fat high protein ice cream at least five nights a week from end of January until it broke mid May . The baked would not go back up so I certainly couldn’t send it back it was filled with ice cream . I didn’t call for a refund because I thought you couldn’t if you bought it from ninjaoutlets.com. I’m still looking for another. I’m hoping they fix the flaws .
