This is a very excellent coffee maker. This has done a pot a day since April 2024 and still going strong.
The pot and filter are cleaned daily and we never let coffee drop onto the burner or it’s wiped quickly. This keeps it new and running well. Keeps the coffee hot for 2 hours and when it cools maybe 15 min to heat the entire pot again.

I love my Ninja coffee maker. It is so easy to use. Fill the water reservoir, put it back then put coffee in the basket, and put the pot under. You have two choices for brewing bold, if you like it stronger, or classic for regular. I can adjust the time for warming depending on how fast I drink the coffee. I chose the 14 cup Ninja due to normal two people but can choose 14 when we have guests.

I washed all of the parts as recommended and ran a full tank of water through the machine as recommended and it worked fine but that was it. Now it won’t even heat up or brew and an error message comes up on the display “ER 11”. I will be returning this machine and will never buy a Ninja product again.

It is compact. Love the water dispenser being separate. Easy to fill and keep clean. Coffee perks in speed time, is rich and hot, love the hot plate heat option. I also like the coffee pot, it is sturdy and well made.
