   Had this coffeemaker/Espresso machine for about 2 months now and we love it. It uses the original line of Nespresso pods so we have a much bigger choice of coffee’s and it makes a very consistent cup every time. Coffee from the drip section can be a single cup or a full carafe. The water temp on both sides is spot on and the machine has metal parts on the most touched areas which smacks of a well designed and long lasting device. Controls are very easy to use and intuitive. If your looking for a well made drip and espresso combo machine that does a great job, This is it. Highly recommended and 5 stars.

   I was absolutely excited I couldn’t wait to get this machine. After purchasing this item, I used it for 1 month and the Nepresso side stopped working. I bought another one and the same thing happened again. I am extremely upset. The amount if money that I have paid twice over for this machine wasn’t worth it. All consumers that have purchased this Item should get there money back.

   I like the aesthetics of the machine. It works well and the temperature is nice and hot. The Espresso side of it is a hit or miss for the functioning of the machine when it comes to other Nespresso capsules not purchased from Nespresso. It will ask you to add water even if the water reservoir is full. I carefully open and close the pod lid slowly when it asks for water to be added and it seems to work. It is convenient to have a 2-in-1 machine. You have to experiment with the amount of scoops for the size of the drink you want to suit your taste preference. I find medium grounds work best when using paper filters. As for value for your money, I was disappointed that a reusable coffee filter was not included with this model but is for the cheaper Ninja machines. Overall it has my thumbs up.
