   When this arrived I was a bit skeptical at first because I didn’t know it was going to be as big as it was. I was worried it wouldn’t work well with smaller batches of food, but I was wrong! On the same day I opened it I made Toum and it came out spectacular!!! So fluffy! After that I made some garlic hummus and proceeded with a Tabbouleh salad!! Lastly, I made some potatoes with the thickest setting on the blade. Literally cut through 3 potatoes in less than a minute. Saves you a LOT of time. I’m excited to start meal prepping moving forward with this food processor. Once some time passes I’ll give an update!

   You need to get this! It is fabulous! You will not believe what I have used this food processor for! There are two videos I want to share but I can only share one. Now I have used this processor two times. For the first I have made potato chips that look like Lays potato chips and then I increased the thickness and they look like kettle chips. When making your potato chips make sure you spray or mist your chips with vinegar or else you’ll get a whole bunch of blackened potatoes all you have to do is just rinse them off to get the Blackness off or rusting washed off. But if you’ve mist it with vinegar you’ll have no problems with that. The vinegar will add a nice taste but you want to rinse off the vinegar before you add it into the hot oil now I used a fryer. I love my fryer it’s amazing. Add salt to the paper towel and then place your potato chips on top of the paper towel to absorb the grease. The second time I have used the food processor I made my own hamburger meat from a little bit of fat and from strip loin slab of meat. Which I learned how to butcher from butcher wizard he is amazing I would totally recommend watching his videos on YouTube. You can save so much money! I buy strip loin from Price Chopper for $67 and the first one was $120 don’t buy the $120 one it has too much silver skin by the $107 one if it’s available because it doesn’t have as much silver skin on it. My point is I bought the $67 strip line this time I cut up 16 steaks 1 lb of hamburger and I also had finger strips of meat leftover it was amazing! Then after I took the scraps and I placed it in the processor and use the chop feature it pulsates for three times then stops you press the chop again it pulsates three more times just keep pressing the chop feature until you get it to the consistency you like. I pressed the chop feature three times for this one. It was a perfect consistency. I would recommend it highly and I would buy it again or buy it for a loved one! Enjoy!

   I use food processor many year, try many brand. This Ninja one is very strong, chop fast and no get stuck. 1000 watts power is real, you feel it when use. I make dough, chop onion, slice carrot, even puree soup — all work perfect.

   Bowl is big, 9 cup, good size for family cooking. Blade is sharp and strong, cut smooth. Come with 3 blade and food pusher, all easy to clean. I wash by hand, but can go dishwasher too.

   Make dough easy, mix fast and not noisy like other machine. Also safety lock is good, no run if not close right.

   Only thing, it little big on counter, but for power and what it do, I don’t mind. If you cook lot like me, this is best one to buy. Ninja never disappoint me.

   I have wanted a food processor since 1995. I finally decided to get one, and when I was tying to unpackage it, I cut myself on the blade, it was bad. So I left it in the box after that incident where it sat for over a year. Finally I bought a huge bag of fresh organic garlic and I couldn’t imagine myself trying to garlic press the entire bag by hand. So I finally took it out and minced my bag of garlic with it. It took me 3 hours to peel my massive bag of garlic, but only a few mins to mince it in my ninja. My ninja cleaned up so easily by hand and it is awesome. I am now over my fear of slicing myself and I will use my ninja every chance I get. So happy to finally have one. I like the suctioning feet that hold the ninja securely to the counter when I’m using it because it is very powerful.
