   The blade is advertised as one that fits QB1003, but IT DOESN’T FIT AT ALL. If you have a QB1003 blender this is not for you.
   I it too too large to fit into the grooves of my QB1003. I even compared it to my larger blade and it is not the right size.

   Bought this to replace a bowl that was fractured on the bottom where the metal pin is embedded. After a short period of use in our kitchen, this one developed star-shaped fractures in the bottom after grating some pieces of Parmesan cheese. If the metal pin distorts or dislodges due to the cracks around it, it could pose a hazard to the user should the spinning cutter blades come off the pin. After filing a complaint with the Consumer Products Safety Commission and contacting Ninja customer relations, Ninja provided me another replacement base, but it is identical to the two that have previously cracked.

   Although slightly different than the original Ninja pitcher bowl, blade and splash guard, this set works quite well with the Ninja power head. A great bargain with quick delivery by the vendor! I know where to get a new replacement if this set gives out!

   what is the secret to getting the top on this so the Ninja will power it? I have had it three days: the first I got it on just well enough to get the Ninja to work but coffee came pouring out of the top. Yesterday it worked fine but today no go. By the time I gave up my bullet proof coffee was cold and had to go into the microwave. This sucks. I must say it is a better quality of plastic than the two I used to their death before. But what good is that if it doesn’t work?

   I asked about putting the top on and another purchaser shared her secret. I am having no trouble. The plastic in this Pitcher is a much higher quality that the last two I purchased. The last two lasted less than two months of daily making “Bullet Proof” coffee. We will see how long this one lasts without a leak. I will let you know

   These puppies are so overpriced for what they are, but they do the chop job well, and last more than a few years before cracking.
