   I bought this Ninja Slow cooker a little over a year ago. We never unboxed it until last month. I used it twice. On the second time of using it the lid exploded. I see now looking back it was a returned item and possible repaired. Which is not what I wanted or expected. I spent a lot of money on this slow cooker and it came packaged brand new. I feel this is more like scamming people and ninjaoutlets.com should not allow returned items to be sold on here. Very disappointed.

   absolutely love it. I rarely use the stove anymore. when I’m in to much pain to cook I throw in ground beef and let it brown, then whatever I want to mix for a one pot casserole ex box Velveeta with hotel and taco pack.

   I love everything about this slow cooker it’s huge you could fit a whole ham in cooker plus you can use the pot in the oven I’ve never had a slow cooker that could be put into the oven up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit you could make enough chili for 20 people and it’s beautiful you will be very happy if you order this cooker I didn’t expect it to be so large and it has 8 different functions one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on ninjaoutlets.com and I’ve ordered a hell of a lot and everything has been great

   Bought this “refurbished” Ninja and was so excited to use it. Opening the box to find so much tape on the actual cookware… took me 30 min to peel it all off.
   FF to the next day… ready to sear my beautiful roast…. NOT!!!
   This thing is not refurbished at all… I feel like they sent me someone else’s return. Wouldnt even stay on, seared for a min then said “BYE”
   Went onto several youtubes for help, also tried Ninja tech support but the link offered was a blank page. Super irritated and will NEVER buy a “REFURBISHED” item again.
   Shame on me!
