Amazing pan that does everything stated. No need to add extra fat or oils if you adhere to the instructions given! Let pan heat as indicated. Cleaning is a breeze if you follow exactly. Pan MUST be cooled b4 washing with mild soap (dawn) I suggest. Dry completely & store. If bottom or handles get dirty, again see directions of a little baking soda/white vinegar. You will never need another PAN! ❤️ This pan has multiple uses . HIGHLY recommend! I never post reviews but this one deserves it!

Some people may find the brief (minutes) preheating recommended to be a turn off, but it’s not a problem to me, especially to experience such amazing non-stick and even cooking results. Also, hand washing is recommended after a cool off period (this is for the outer patina of the cookware) I prefer to hand wash my pots and pans anyway. A great set of cookware at a very reasonable price.
