   OMG I love this coffee maker!! It does not take up very much space on the counter but it holds a ton of water so you don’t have to add it after every few cups. You can use K cups or ground coffee and you don’t have to shove the ground coffee in a little tiny K cup adapter it has an actual mini coffee filter basket that you can put the grounds in that is stored in the side of machine. Also has a frother attached. Not sure if I’ll ever use this, but it’s a cool feature and the best part of it is that the base in the front where you put the coffee cup is adjustable so you can leave it at the lowest setting in the counter for large travel mugs or you can adjust it higher so your cup is right up where the coffee comes out so it doesn’t splash everywhere. Great value for the money! I would definitely recommend this coffee maker!

   Love! I’ve had this for 7 months (since 11/2024) and it’s had no issues. PROS: It brews a decent cup of pod coffee, it’s very easy to use with simple buttons, brews quickly (but not too quickly), has auto shut off, clear water storage to easily see water level and a built-in drawer to store the ground brew basket. I like the look and the Stone color. CONS: It’s tall so it needs to be pulled out from under the cabinet to open the top. I put it on a placemat so it can slide back and forth easily. *Be aware if you’re ordering the frother. I expected mine to have a frother. When it arrived it did not have it. I’m not sure why. However, I didn’t get this to make gourmet espresso and I wouldn’t use the frother that much so I just let the issue go. I’ve never missed it. The frother would be one more thing to clean. If I need one I’ll use my cheapo Ikea handheld one. BOTTOM LINE: I’d buy this again. The price has gone up $20 in 7 months (a rant for another day). Even though the price is on par with other name brands I still think this is a solid buy.

   I love this!!! I’ve had Keurigs, which are slow and don’t last long, Cuisinarts, that are better than Keurig, but this Ninja is the best! It heats very fast. You don’t have to turn it on and off….just put your pod in and the lights come on to brew. It’s very sleek looking. Holds a lot of water. The height adjustment is a good feature too. I haven’t used it with grounds yet but I will. It will be way easier than trying to get grounds into a little pod and spilling them everywhere. This one you just put a scoop in the basket in the machine. Easy! Literally the only negative I have to say, and it’s small, is that the top to the water holder is very tight and hard to get off sometimes.
   If you’re not sure about this one….I say 100% go for it!

   ACTUALIZACIÓN después de 9 meses: La cafetera dejó de detectar la funcion de cápsulas. (Se le cayó un imán al adaptador de pods)

   SOLUCION: el adaptador para cápsulas de la cafetera tienen un pequeño imán que se le cayó sin darnos cuenta por suerte lo encontré y lo volví a poner donde va y volvió a detectar las cápsulas sin problema.

   yo compre la version color beich pensando que la unica diferencia entre la beich y la de color negro era la maquina para hacer espuma, pero resulto que la de color beich no trae una funcion llamada ¨SPECIALTY 4 oz¨, que es la que te permite hacer los shots para los lattes y capuchinos.
   Asi que si piensas comprar una de estas dos versiones recomiendo la que tiene la maquina para hacer espuma por su funcion extra y la diferencia en precios es minima. para que puedan sacarle mayor provecho a la cafetera.

   En conclusion
   La de color beich funciona excelente y la recomiendo bastante, pero si pudiera comprarla otra vez compraria la de color negro con la funcion especial para capuchinos y lattes.

   I waited more than a year to write a review because our experiences with coffee makers have been marginal and I wanted to make sure this was a keeper. Well, we love it!! It has taken the #2 spot amongst our favored counter top appliances, only coming in second because a girl has to have a certain loyalty to her Kitchen Aid Pro Series mixer. That being said, this coffee maker brews a wonderfully hot mug of coffee every time. Need I say more? Yes, I do! Fresh grounds and iced coffee are just as reliably great. The water reservoir is large enough to be useful, the brew time is reasonably quick and quiet. Clean up is a breeze. Its size means it doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter. You will not regret buying this coffee maker.

   What an utterly disappointing experience. It is beyond me as to why Ninja would sell ANY of their coffee makers on the ninjaoutlets.com UK site when they come with AMERICAN PLUGS! There is no mention of this in the listing anywhere. Selling a product no one can use….what is even the point. Don’t let the reviews fool you, they are all from the ninjaoutlets.com US site just plastered on this UK posting to make it look good. Ninja makes great machines but not for users in the UK. Also, ninjaoutlets.com Customer Service is absolutely worthless. They said this machine could be used with a power adapter. It CANNOT. If you live in the UK and you need a very large paper weight, this is the right product for you.

   I usually do pour over, but this is a great little machine when I don’t have time. I’m still playing around with it, but overall I’m very satisfied. It seems to be on par with Keurig machine for K-Cups but where it really shines is with freshly ground coffee. I used 20g Ethiopian whole bean coffee ground to medium fine (around 4 ninja scoops) and then used the 12 oz setting on the machine and that produced a decent cup of coffee. It wasn’t as good as pour over but definitely nothing to complain about. I don’t know the Brew temperature, but it has a shower head with lots of holes so it ensures the coffee beans are fully immersed which is a great design. If you’re using K-Cups, to get a really flavorful cup, I use the 6 oz rich setting. Sometimes I’ll even use another pod And use the over ice setting to get a concentrate and I’ll pour that concentrate into my previously brewed 6 oz coffee. Bit of a waste, I know, but it produces a more traditional coffee-like experience with K-Cups. Machine drips a little bit after the brew cycle so I just use a shot glass to catch the drips. No big deal. Cleaning the permanent filter is a bit of a pain imo just because it seems fragile. I would love to buy multiple permanent filters but they’re out of stock on the ninja site currently. I’m going to try adding a paper filter to the permanent filter to make cleanup easier.

   I bought this Ninja coffee maker to replace my 4 year old Keurig Duo. The Duo had served me well but it started acting up with incosistant volume dispensing, even after thorough descaling. The price of the Ninja was about right and decided to give it a chance.
   So far, the performance and consistency have been up to par. I especially like to “Cold Coffee” option that allows me to enjoy a quick and easy homemade cold brew.
   The storage compartment is a convenient way to keep the accessories handy. I don’t quite agree with the color choice of the measuring spoon. The design of the coffee basket/pod comparment allows easy and thorough cleaning of the dispensing liquid path. However, that same design (open to ambient pressure) is also responsible for a never ending dripping. No matter how long I waited, there was always another drop. A steeper feeding angle may be helpful.
   Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase.

    ***Update 4/20/2025- Machine still going and working properly. I use it 2-3 days a week (when coffee shop is closed) THIS IS NOT AN EXPRESSO MACHINE. What I’ve discovered: Coffee isn’t as hot as I like it- Make sure to let the machine sit for a few mins before brewing or run a 6oz of water thru. if I don’t want to wait, I just heat up my cream in the microwave. I brew ground coffee on rich setting at 14oz, and it is quick and does brew a nice cup (if using good coffee) the coffee itself makes a difference. It is easy to clean BUT you need to clean it every time IF you’re using pods that contain milk. If you’re just running regular coffee/pods, then I clean once a week. Water tank size- I’m the only one in the house that uses it, so it’s fine. If you have more than 2 ppl using, then it might be too small, and you may need to refill often. I use tap water (well water with softener) and have not had an issue. Froth vs no froth- The universe was looking out for me. If I had the model with the froth wand I don’t think I would use it. Do I recommend? -looking for a budget friendly single serve coffee maker then YES. I don’t regret my purchase. -Looking for an expresso machine instead of going to coffee shop. NO keep shopping this is not for you. I deducted 1 star just because it’s not as hot as I would like and you can’t adjust the temp. but overall, it’s a really good machine and I really love the storage it has! ***THE END** I picked the stone-colored coffee maker, and it DOES NOT have a froth function like the other colors! I’m okay with it because it was not a selling point for me. They sent me the PB041 I thought I ordered the PB051. SO again, just pay attention before you check out! On the other hand, this thing is beautiful! Has storage for all of its components! I will update my review once I use it… I literally just unboxed it! ::Same day update!:: I’m absolutely in love with this coffee maker! There is trial and error to get your preferred ratio of flavor but that is true for any new coffee maker. 5 stars!
