  • So far so good. I just got this unit a couple of days ago and thus far I have no complaints about it. Was a little skeptical about buying this unit at first, because it looks exactly like the last ninja i had that was half the cost ($80). But looking the same is where the similarities ended. For one, the main reason this unit sells for like $160 when not on sale is because the addition of the cold brew feature. If you don't drink and/or like cold brew coffee then i would not recommend this unit and would suggest Ninjas offerings that are $100 and under. On a side note though, the screen / software for this unit is updated and better than the $80 ninja i had, it even gives you a progress bar on your cup of coffee so you can see how close it is to being done brewing. The cold brew brews you a cup in about 10 minutes or less and a half carafe may take about 20 minutes or so, instead of waiting 12-16 hours to make cold brew the old fashioned way. It uses water that's around 100 degrees or so, so its not technically brewed with "cold" water, and the end result isn't EXACTLY the same as an authentic cold brew steeped for many hours but it is remarkably close and worth the slight compromise of using 100 degree water to get cold brew in minutes rather than hours. All in all, this unit won me over as I've always been a huge cold brew fan, and i would absolutely recommend it to you IF you are also a big fan of drinking cold brew coffee. Otherwise, save some money and get a cheaper model without cold brew.

  • Great capacity and love the thought of the dual zones, but the entire drawer has to come out to be washed. That is a big drawer! I roasted cabbage in one zone and air fried chicken in the other, which sounds great, but I couldn’t empty the cabbage until the chicken was done because it interrupted the chicken cooking and I had spoon it out rather than tilt the drawer and scoop it out. I wish I had stuck with the reliable ninja five in one.

  • I get zero-nothing - nada- for my reviews. I write honest reviews because I too, depend on honest reviews . New Update: Healthy Treat Heaven !! Made the left over strawberry (pics below) and made a stevia chocolate - peanut stevia flavored coconut milk (plus two teaspoons of coconut nectar ) added pure coco powder. Did someone say, “amazing?” Love this and my slushie machine. Soooo much fun and healthy too! Okay…so…I bought the slushie maker for when I want a treat within 30 minutes . I use the leftover slushie and freeze it in the Ninja Container for 24 hours. First picture is of the slushie (30 minutes ) - second picture is 24 hours frozen same contents - third picture is twice blended (tablespoon of coconut milk added after first blend and before second re-spin button). The last pic is the left over ice cream, flattened out again (important to keep flat ) to re blend another day. Made my first batch of “scoop” (I wanted it to be thicker- the swirl makes it thinner) . It was amazingly smooth, HEALTHY and delicious . I puréed organic strawberries , coconut milk, berry stevia and two tea spoons of coconut nectar liquid. Excellent slushie (frozen drink button) and amazing (24 hours later) icecream . I now have to simplify all non used appliances in order to make room! I don’t like things on the counter.. but what a treat! Just in time for summer . I will update the reviews as I progress with making a swirl - I’m not interested in soup-runny- swirl. So once I get a healthy one perfected, I will share . :)

  • Ordered twice first time had ‘ER11’. Second time I ordered it came in a cardboard box with shattered glass. I was unlucky. On the positive side- it looked great, made a good cup of strong coffee.

  • I have to update my review ,originally it was four stars now it’s five stars. I purchased a refurbished one so it didn’t come with an instruction manual or a permanent filter so I had to figure things out as I went along. I’m finding more and more functions that I love. The coffee machine is beautiful and Has many functions. I have learned if you keep the warm button down, it changes the water temperature setting which I love. I like mine on high ,the coffee machine lets you know when it is done brewing .I love the rich dark brew setting. It takes a little longer, but it’s worth it. This is the best coffee machine I have ever bought.also I want to mention one of the main reasons that I bought this coffee machine is because it has a detachable water reservoir that you can take off and clean🥰 the picture shows a permanent filter that I bought separately, just to show you the filter type and shape

everything i read about this was true. it simply pushes food to container walls, forcing too much scraping pros - it costs 1/5 of a vitamix it does blend basic smoothies decently, albeit never smooth but with enough liquid, my spinach or kale smoothie was decent. has plenty of power for most tasks Cons it is CHEAPLY made - ive seen $60 oster blenders better built - in fact there is a $60 oster blender that is highly reccomended by many sites for a basic blender. The lid is hard plastic the lid seal is very thin silcone/rubber - i can easily see this deteriorating within months of even hand washing (despite claims to dishwaster safeness - many reviews state this melts or deforms in dishwasher) the lid is simply too complicated the lid does not let you add anything to blender without removing entire lid the lid while it does form a seal after you connect the lid to handle/pitcher, this makes it splatter smoothie all over the place when you remove the lid unless you very carefully remove lid - never had this issue with the kitchenaid blender (that blender had other issues). the motor and base are lightweight meaning cheaply made and compared against the kitchen $100 blender was too light. the ninja does offer a detachable plastic base to better secure this unit however, that base is not made for multiple disconnecting from main unit - connection pieces are again cheap plastic LOUD. but this is not really too bad of a con because all powerful blenders are LOUD. i wear ear plugs. the gear/connection piece on motor/base and pitchers are PLASTIC and very small grooves which means this could be prone to failure/grinding/slipping. the blades are attached to the plastic middle tower however, i'm not very confident in those blades remaining a part of that tower more than a couple years of heavy regular use but maybe its fine. i do not like having the rmeovable tower - it makes cleanup a real chore and its dangerous having those blades easily coming out of the pitcher. finally, the biggest problem remains the very design of the ninja: having the tower of blades in the middle robs the blender of the vortex action that occurs in EVERY major consumer and commercial blender on the market. I appreciate innovation but I also value not reinventing a perfectly good to excellent wheel. Smoothies are rarely smoothies but more chunky no matter how long you run it. Despite $20 worth of almonds and peanuts (two seperate trials) i could not get the ninja to make nut butter. this is probably user error as ive seen many videso accomplishing this task. but i want simple and this ninja is not simple. the verdict? avoid and buy a $60 oster. if you really want a real smoothie then id strongly recommend investing in a factory certified reconditioned vitamix as im about to do! $400 gets you a machine that will last a lifetime. search ebay - there are tons of vitamix's from the 60's still running strong! There is a reason nearly every reviewer, green smoothie expert loves their vitamixes. If you don't plan on making daily green smoothies like i do then maybe the ninja will do you fine...

  • Omg, I am in love with this thing! I’ve used it almost daily since I got it. I’ve bought many “miracle” appliances in the past but none ever lived up to the hype and were quickly forgotten. I moved from a house where I grilled or used a cast iron grill pan on a gas stove almost daily. Now I have a glass top stove and can’t use cast iron and no grills allowed in the balcony. So far, I’ve used it for grilling steak, chicken, fish, and veggies and air frying potatoes, frozen fries, and frozen chicken strips and everything has turned out flavorful, moist, and cookbook-picture perfect. Honestly, the thermometer makes sure it’s perfect and the food turns out even better than my beloved grill (don’t tell Weber!). It almost feels like cheating somehow. The smoke alarm has gone off a couple of times, but only when I have the lid open and it’s stopped quickly. In a small apt practically everything sets off the alarm so I’m actually pretty impressed that it has only rarely activated it. I’m excited to try the other functions, like roasting and dehydrating. The grill, air fryer basket, and drip pan/roasting pan are very well made and dishwasher safe. They have been a total breeze to clean, which makes it even easier to use frequently. Bottom line: it’s not cheap, but absolutely worth every penny. Especially if you like grilled and air fried food, those functions alone make it absolutely with the cost and counter space. I’m not usually one to take pics of my food but I did take one of a cedar planked salmon and grilled Mexican street corn made on the ninja grill. Both were perfect with practically no effort and steaks and chicken were just as beautiful.

  • Arrived well packaged and still going strong about a year later. Makes good coffee and easy to clean

  • We purchased this a few months back & it's been holding up well. It is a Keurig/ coffee maker. It has a frother as well. I love that you can choose how much coffee to make. If you're not in the mood for an entire pot, you can have just a cup or even half a pot. It's easily operable & easy to clean. I recommend this over any basic coffee maker.

  • Great system. Large blender works very well. Just be careful of the very sharp blades. Food processor works well sometimes seems a little bit smaller than it should be but it’s part of a great system. Small smoothie blenders work well also however there’s a silicone seal at the base that gets dirty and starts to smell and is very very difficult to remove and clean.

It’s a good device, just not exactly what I was hoping for because you have to peel skin off some fruits and vegetables instead of it doing it itself when it pushed out the waste. Not very noisy, easy to put together and to clean. The clear plastic will stain very quickly no matter how hard you try to clean it.

  • This was the second air fryer that I ever bought. So I only have one other air fryer to compare it to. But besides using the air frier option, I have made beef jerky in it and reheated things in it. It's much nicer for reheating than a microwave because it crisps it instead of making it funky. I mean I've had it awhile and I absolutely would buy it again. It's just two people in my house so it's big enough for two people. I can only do about a pound of beef jerky at a time. I have not tried the roast option. It seems easy to clean.

  • Blade is not new.
