It was purchased (Refurbished) on November 25, 2021, and began using on December 25, 2021. It stopped working on March 23, 2025, because a 5-cent part failed and is maniacal to replace. The start/Stop button also stopped working. The switch is a tiny little dude on a circuit board in the handle. A small metal disc detached and rendered the switch useless. Accessing the circuit board requires removal of 2 dozen (or so) screws (including security screws requiring special bits) and complete disassembly of teh front panel. Not easy to get to. Nearly impossible to reassemble. Replacing the switch requires special soldering tools and knowledge of working with micro-circuits. I'm handy, but this is beyond my skills and knowledge. They expect me to be happy I got three years of use; however, it is ridiculous to trash a several-hundred-dollar appliance because of the failure of a part that costs only pennies and is practically unreplaceable. Phooey. I loved this thing until it stopped working. Google "Repairing Ninja Foodi DT 201 - Start Button not working" to watch a video that explains the problem in greater detail. I'm pointing my finger at the broken switch in the photo. The gold-colored cap fell off (visible on the other switches to the left). I taped the cover back on, but it didn't work again.

Love my Creami, so these work well, as expected, use them all the time w my Ninja, they only work w the Deluxe model, but work well, happy with purchase. Pictured are cherry Italian ice and coffee creamiccino! Yum!

It caught fire the first time we switched it on

I usually do pour over, but this is a great little machine when I don't have time. I'm still playing around with it, but overall I'm very satisfied. It seems to be on par with Keurig machine for K-Cups but where it really shines is with freshly ground coffee. I used 20g Ethiopian whole bean coffee ground to medium fine (around 4 ninja scoops) and then used the 12 oz setting on the machine and that produced a decent cup of coffee. It wasn't as good as pour over but definitely nothing to complain about. I don't know the Brew temperature, but it has a shower head with lots of holes so it ensures the coffee beans are fully immersed which is a great design. If you're using K-Cups, to get a really flavorful cup, I use the 6 oz rich setting. Sometimes I'll even use another pod And use the over ice setting to get a concentrate and I'll pour that concentrate into my previously brewed 6 oz coffee. Bit of a waste, I know, but it produces a more traditional coffee-like experience with K-Cups. Machine drips a little bit after the brew cycle so I just use a shot glass to catch the drips. No big deal. Cleaning the permanent filter is a bit of a pain imo just because it seems fragile. I would love to buy multiple permanent filters but they're out of stock on the ninja site currently. I'm going to try adding a paper filter to the permanent filter to make cleanup easier.

I love the ninja express chop machine, it works wonders! I wanted a food processor but didn’t want to buy the big bulky ones. This little machine fits right in my counter space and it’s pretty powerful. I found a recipe for Aussie bites that I wanted to try using it and it worked amazing!!

I have no idea why I never bought one this before Definitely a Must Get i take it to work, I blend all my greens and frozen fruits, works perfectly so Far no issues. Let's see a couple months Ok a MONTH WITH THE NINJA BLENDER NOW IM DISAPPOINTED , DOESN'T WANT TO CHARGE ANYMORE,

I have only used this pot 5, 6 times and the inside is chipped diffusely using ONLY APPROPRIATE utensils. On slow cook there's only A LOW or HIGH and it's either being kept warm or boiling. Bad product cheaply made. Sincerely

Great grill/smoker air fryer!!! I bought as an upgrade from an older Ninja Foodie XL which I had been using daily. This one is taking it a step further being about 25% bigger plus the smoker function. So far I ve smoked Briskets and picanhas and the results were fantastic. I ve also grilled a number of meats incl skirt steak, pork tenderloins, chateaubriands, lamb rack and more. With or without the probe. Perfect every time. Even bacon My only (very minor gripe) is that the 4 supports for the air fryer basket allow grease to accumulate. Easy fix by drilling a hole in each one so the grease drains. It has replaced my grill, toaster and cuisinar griddler.

Selected 8 oz option 2x and it only brewed less than 4 oz both times. Coffee in measuring cup shows what came out of it with brew style of over ice. Not sure how I feel about this…. Trying classic setting for 10 oz the third time (with the same k cup) 3rd picture shows how much 10 oz is. For my coffee drinkers.

Was able to get in sale. We drink coffee or tea through the day. I love it. Easy to use and definitely cute design.

Instructions were tad difficult to follow at first, but a few you tube videos and it was golden. We used a powdered vanilla ice cream mix and it was delicious! We also bought a waffle cone/bowl maker and they turned out great! Would definitely keep this machine in my home for the grandkids!

Very useful. It is great value for your money. I have it for over a year and I use it mostly as a blender but i have made a dough in it and also used the cutting part and made a peanut butter I research a lot before purchasing it and this was the best you can get in that price range. It is relatively easy to clean l, depending what you use it for. When I make dough and peanut butter it was a little more challenging to be cleaned but still ok.

I absolutely love my air fryer. I got the refurbished one and saved $30. It works just fine. However, it did not come with a manual or cleaning brush. So, I googled the manual for PBS version and got a scrub brush from the dollar tree. if you can find them used by ninjaoutlets.com, I would recommend getting them. ninjaoutlets.com warranties them for 90 days and I believe. I have cooked everything in this thing from a quiche to fish.

I bought this Ninja Slow cooker a little over a year ago. We never unboxed it until last month. I used it twice. On the second time of using it the lid exploded. I see now looking back it was a returned item and possible repaired. Which is not what I wanted or expected. I spent a lot of money on this slow cooker and it came packaged brand new. I feel this is more like scamming people and ninjaoutlets.com should not allow returned items to be sold on here. Very disappointed.
