Me llegó execelente me funciona muy bien, me preocupe por los comentarios pero realmente por el precio me pareció muy buena opción les estaré informando cómo va con los días

I'll preface by saying I've used this grill extensively, and as a product designer myself, it was impossible to not be constantly bothered by the silly, nonsensical design choices made in this grill. Overall, it's super quick to start, easy to get going, cooks amazingly for what it is, but the user experience could be improved quite a bit. In theory, the grill tries to guide you along to do the right thing at the right time and make it stupid-baby-simple, but in practice, it obscures the simplicity of its functions, makes what you're trying to do annoying, and forces users to fight against the grill to do what they want. First, the knob for the mode selector. If you touch it in the middle of cooking and change a setting, which is quite easy to do, everything resets. I've had this happen more than once and it's very frustrating. I've also accidentally went from the "grill" setting to "off" a couple times by accident which just shouldn't be possible. This should be a much more rigid knob at the least, and the on/off switch should be a totally separate function. Alternatively, if you try to change a setting during cooking, the display should ask you if you actually want to change cooking modes and hit start to confirm. Second, the woodsmoke button is weird and not intuitive. You have to enable woodsmoke by pressing the button BEFORE pressing start or it won't ignite. There is a way to turn it on mid-grill by pressing and holding the woodsmoke button until it starts flashing but this isn't obvious and also doesn't seem to work as well. This should simply be an on/off switch on its own circuit and operate independently from the rest of the unit. There are times when I don't want to start smoking until later, or want to cut off the smoke when I think it's had enough, and I really can't do that unless I reset the grill and go through the motions again to get it running with the right settings. Next, temperature. Why is there not a thermometer reading on the interface or the shell of the grill so that you know what the air temp inside is? It absolutely has a thermoregulator because there's a preheat function that will change its progress bar if the grill is already hot when you begin the preheat, so its measuring something in there, but we aren't allowed to see it! Silly! The meat thermometer is nice and works well but sometimes I'm not cooking meats and still want a temp reading in there... Cooking... For whatever reason, the grill (and possibly other) setting adds in a random "FLIP FOOD" beep that triggers at half of whatever your grill time was when you set it. This is almost never correct, gets your attention for no reason, and won't go away until you lift and close the lid. Get rid of this dumb "feature". Because this is essentially an air fryer, almost every setting wants to utilize the internal fan. Depending on what you're cooking this can be really annoying. I've cooked pancakes on this using the flat top add-on, and when the fan kicks in, it makes the pancakes slide and fly around inside the grill. makes a huge mess. you have to stand there and lift and close the lid every time the fan kicks on. Please add a "griddle" setting or something that will not use the fans, or will only spin them a tiny bit. THE BEEPS - my god this thing likes to beep. it sings beeps all the time. Chill with the beeps unless the preheat is done or the timer is done. There's no other reason to bother me. Overall, I still really like it, it does cook very well despite its size and it basically being an air fryer. I've smoked pork to success, made pizzas, pancakes, bacon & eggs, anything you can think of, and it CAN yield great results... It really would be the perfect little electric grill if it would just shut the F up and let me use its functions the way I want to instead of pretending that it's helping me. Lastly.... "WOODFIRE" is a F'ing stupid misleading title for this thing. It's just not a woodfire grill. Factually, it is not the thing that it is called. That makes no sense and misleads users. This should have been called WOODSMOKE!!! Come on!!!

Very disappointed in Ninja. I purchased this blade assembly and have only used it MAYBE 5 times since I bought it and it just fell apart like in this picture. I just spoke to customer service and was told that PARTS do not have any type of Warranty.!! I have several Ninja products but will definitely rethink my purchases from now on. Also the price of this from Ninja is 2-3 times as much as buying here on ninjaoutlets.com.

Love it however I keep it on my counter and the paint has come off both handles on each drawer. Looks horrible and has not been in a dishwasher. I have tried to find where to buy new handles and the best I found was having to buy the full draws. Between $30/$35 EACH. I'm not happy about that . Come-on ninja can you tell me how to just get the handles? Thanks!

Ninja Foodie air fryer, Ninja blender and now a Ninja Dual Brew coffee maker. The company just makes stylish, functional, quality products that I am proud to own. This is an honest review. At this point, I would buy just about anything with the name. The attention to every detail is something most miss by a long shot. Not Ninja products. First arrived with a broken carafe which I could hear in the box. I returned it and replaced. 2nd one was like brand new! We had the original Keurig single cup and it was on last legs by the sound of it, but wanted the option to make a pot too. Frothier is an added bonus we will probably never use. Refurbished to the 10th degree and we would never know. If you want an awesome product at about half the price this is it!

I purchased a Ninja Creami machine and I needed extra containers to make several different ice creams and sorbets. These were perfect and now I have several different ones to load my freezer up to make my delicious desserts.

I bought this product, I took it out of the box and when I plugged it in it did not turn on, I contacted the supplier to tell him that the device does not work and he told me to send it to the technical service of the ninja brand, they are supposed to take care of what they sell, If it doesn't work, he didn't have to sell it to me.

Use it every day

This is the thinnest material I have ever seen in a skillet, and I have seen a lot. I noticed reviews complaining about rapid heat loss. The thin material would explain that. Sure, the thick (about 0.25 in) "pad" on the bottom helps a lot to absorb and hold heat, but unfortunately the 0.016" sides act like a heat sink, dumping heat into the atmosphere as fast as the pad can absorb it. It will be interesting to see how this piece of junk holds up to frequent use.

It gets clogged up waaay to fast!! Only had it for 2 days definitely going to look for a better one

Update 9/13/20 Don’t know what the delay issue was, but things have been fine since. No cleaning issues, no false stops. All components are still working great. —- **update 1/3/19** Had the delayed brew all set for a half carafe at 7:30, classic brew. Husband texted that something was wrong when he went downstairs. It looks like it started the pot with the preliminary spray to wet the grounds, but then quit like it was all done. Had maybe 1 Cup of coffee in the bottom. I pressed “classic” again and then it started brewing again as normal. I’m already saying “uh oh” to myself. 😬 ______________ Just bought and started using our Ninja 3 days ago and have used it every day so far. I had some trepidation when deciding to purchase due to the negative comments based on the cleaning indicator coming on too quickly and then too often. I didn’t put much stock into the reviewers who’ve had their product only 1 month or less; the true test will be to see how it’s doing 6 months, 1 year, etc, from now and after I’ve gotten a chance to experience cleaning it. For now, I really do love it. Make sure to measure your cabinets to ensure that the machine will fit under them safely (duh). Some reviewer(s) complained about the steam that comes out from the top and how it ruined their cabinets... you have to pull it out and away from the cabinets when it’s brewing (also duh)! The frothed is super easy to use and clean. The glass carafe feels solid and secure, and also pours out the coffee just fine. Some reviewers complained that it poured slowly (how fast do you want it to pour, man!? Gravity only works so well!). The carafe is also easy to clean and rinse out. The instructions say that you need to brew two full carafes of water first to prime the machine before it’s first use, which I did. It takes about 10 minutes from start to finish for one cycle. Programming for delayed starts is also super simple and intuitive. I’m also enjoying the recipe booklet that comes with the machine. I’ve attached an example of one of the recipes. I’ll definitely update this review once I’ve used it a few more times and experienced cleaning it (which they indicate will take 1 hour as a heads up).

I have the XL grill at home and wanted to take it with me to our vacation home in Cabo. I thought I was buying the XL again but somehow got this one and I am so happy we did.... And here's 3 reasons why 1. Cost is $300 so under the limit for importing this to Mexico with no taxes (be sure to have a screen shot of your receipt- you will need it) 2. Weight is under 50 pounds in the original package, so it can be shipped as luggage without any issue or extra charge. We did remove the pellets and put them in another checked bag. 3. We had been considering a $10,000 built in BBQ on our condo deck in Mexico but we used this last month and it was perfect for making 2 large steaks and veggies.. when we packed up to go home, we just cleaned, covered and placed in the kitchen out of the elements. It was the perfect addition to our vacation home and I don't have any desire for the built in anymore... Next trip I will bring the Ninja Stand down with us for even more comfort but it worked great on the wooden patio furniture (that we used on this first test) My only comment is you probably need a good extension cord (which I had for my laptop) to have maximum flexibility.. the cord is short The clean up is easy. The temp probe works flawless and makes cooking simple and precise ( I do miss the app that works with the XL ) but this is still easy to use The set up is simple .. add pellets, hit ignite and then choose your cooking temp. I think this would be great for small RVs .. and even for those of you with a Class A who miss your smoker at home ... You will need power but you probably have solar or hook ups so no worries there.

Experience: As another air fryer on the market it works great. Has a nice crispy crunch to the food, fast, and easy to use. I've had mine since November of 2024, on and off use, maybe 1 or 2 times every two weeks. Longevity / Durability: Up to this point I've cleaned the basket with warm soapy water paired with a soft bristle brush. In the description it says "dishwasher safe" but hand wash recommended. Out of convince i tried the dishwasher.. the very first cycle it went through (shortest cycle, standard heat, Walmart brand detergent). The basket came out clean but after the cycle it also resulted in four very noticeable chipping in the nonstick coating. So its just as delicate as any other with a coating. Also just like the rest when the coat starts to break, its recommended to discontinue the use of the basket. Replacement Parts: A replacement basket for this model will cost around $43... the price i bought the machine for was $83. So just be aware of that fact. Currently looking for a all stainless steel replacement... but other wise a great device.
