Omg this cooler is a game changer my husband and I are advid outdoors people’s especially fishing . This cooler is awesome as soon as I received it I unpacked and filled it with drinks and ice and packed a lunch and put it in the bottom tray overnite we are headed out today 6. Hours drive in the hot vehicle And the ice haven’t melted and lunch haven’t spoiled I’m impressed will be purchasing the 50qt .Thank you Ninja BTW most of my small appliances are Ninja 2 crock pots and set of ninja professional pots and a blender I love Ninja product

Love this air fryer and have used it numerous times a week. However, today, when I removed it to shake my tofu, as I have many times before, the handle broke clean off. The tofu was a light, small block. Very disappointed.

I loved this machine. I used it to make low fat high protein ice cream at least five nights a week from end of January until it broke mid May . The baked would not go back up so I certainly couldn’t send it back it was filled with ice cream . I didn’t call for a refund because I thought you couldn’t if you bought it from ninjaoutlets.com. I’m still looking for another. I’m hoping they fix the flaws .

I love this food processor! It’s powerful and versatile, making tasks like chopping, slicing, and pureeing so easy. I made curried carrot soup with it, and the results were amazing. Assembly is easy...here are the steps: Place the base on a flat, stable surface. Insert the processor bowl onto the base, ensuring it clicks securely into place. Select the blade or accessory you need (chopping, slicing, or dough blade) and place it inside the bowl. Attach the lid by aligning it with the bowl, then twist to lock it securely. Insert the food chute and pusher if slicing or shredding. Plug it in, select the desired function, and you're ready to go. Cleanup is easy, and the 9-cup capacity is perfect for large or small batches. Highly recommend it for any home cook!

Let me first say I absolutely love this product! It is beautiful and functional. It cooks better than any similar product I have ever used, and I am a crockpot lover! I love it so much that I bought two more for family members I have probably used this product ten times. The coating is already chipping off in multiple places. First, the lid is chipping the coating at the top rim. I do realize that this will happen over time, but I also think that the lid should be more compatible with the product so that the chipping does not start happening this soon. Second, inside is chipping where the legs of the rack (that comes with the cooker) sits. I did see just today that there’s a silicone mat for the bottom. If something like this should be used with the rack, then they should be sold together. Also, I’m not one that likes to cook with silicone, plastic, etc. Third, it is scratching on the outside. I realize this is not ninjas fault, but with the level of care that we have shown this product, it seems very strange that there’s a scratch on it. Combine this with the other two surface, scratching issues, and I do think that there’s a surface problem with this product. These are things that I would expect from normal wear and tear over a period of time, but I’ve not had this product long enough to see this type of reaction. We treat it very well. It is washed with care, and I only used approved utensils on it. This is by far my favorite kitchen product I have ever owned, and I really hope that ninja finds a way to fix these issues. Plain and simple, this should not be happening with the amount of times we’ve used this. If you asked me three weeks ago, I would’ve given this thing 700 stars. This coating chipping off, especially on the inside since I have only used the rack a couple of times, should not be happening with this amount of uses.

Made perfect waffles! I followed the manual instructions of before use care and used the recipe that came with the product. I was able to make 5 waffles on shade setting 5 for a more crispy waffle. It was very easy to use and satisfying to see a good waffle come out with low effort. I have no complaints.

These have a ten year warranty and I just bought these last July. all of them are peeling on the bottom actually making little spots with white pieces coming through on the bottom and I only used a couple of them a couple of times.
