  • We have two Instant Pots© and a Ninja Air Fryer at home and we wanted to travel in our van and park apartment with both appliances; so we decided to try this Ninja Foodie combo. The 5-quart is just perfect for traveling. So far. have used both the air fryer function and the pressure cooker, and both have worked well. It comes with two covers; an air fryer cover that stays attached, and a pressure cooker cover; so be aware you need to store that Pressure Cooker cover. I sewed a little fabric bag for mine.

  • After less than 3 months of use, the pot started to peeling. Is used only once a week, to cook my daughters food (she has allergy, and we cook everything separated for her), and we don't scrub the pot.

  • I’ve owned this pan for 4.5 months now and can say I’ve never loved a pan more. The inside looks nearly, if not completely, new still. I hand wash it (a breeze!), use silicone/plastic utensils on it, and store it on top of my stone (rather than nestled in with my other pans), so I do take care of it. But even still, I anticipate much more undamaged use out of this than I’ve ever gotten with any other nonstick pan. The picture below is one I sent to my MIL after 3 months of owning it. We’re a family of 6, so it definitely gets regular use!

  • I’ve used crockpots for years, but somehow didn’t know about this one until my crock broke and I went looking for a new one. I read the reviews and watched the videos and thought there was no way it was that great, but if it was, I wanted it! Well I’m here to tell you, buy the dang thing! The first thing I cooked in this was loaded potato soup, which this recipe suggests caramelizing ham chunks. Typically, I would need to get out a skillet, cook the ham then move that to the crock with the rest of the ingredients. With this I was able to skip that step and actually caramelize my ham in this pot, like I would in a skillet, and with a turn of the dial add my remaining ingredients set the timer and walk away like normal! All my needed steps, to walk away and let it cook, were done in less then 15 mins (which is really the point of the crock pot, throw it in and go) I am a clean as you cook type of person, so previously I would’ve had to wash the skillet before I walked away. I let it cook on high for 3 hours and after the time was up it beeped one loud beep and switched its self over to the “keep warm” and began counting up to let me know how long it had been “done” and left to warm! I really can’t wait to try more recipes in this and use all the functions!

  • Whatever you do, DO NOT WASH THE BLADE YOURSELF. This will be a dishwasher only item. I’ve washed the blades on my blender hundreds of times without issue. However, last night upon receiving I went to wash it and this thing gatted up my sponge and almost took off a huge chunk of my thumb. I spared you all the gory photo of my poor finger, but it was a murder scene in my sink. Just thought I’d jump on here as a heads up. Attached is a photo of the sponge RIP. Can’t speak to how it works, but I see there are plenty of reviews on that! Good luck!

  • I have been a Ninja fan for awhile now. I have a slow cooker and an air fryer and both have been excellent and I love the modern design and cooking technology. I recently needed to move to an apartment and instead of having a deck, I now have a patio on the 21st floor. Gas grills are forbidden but I was told an electric grill is fine. With the summer now here I started looking for a solid electric grill. The advantage of a gas grill is the flame and that smoky flavor you get, plus the charring. I honestly thought that an outdoor electric grill would be vastly disappointing in comparison because you won't get the same flavors. I found two options, one being this Ninja Woodfire and the other a standard electric grill with no frills. The latter is around $120 cheaper. What brought me to the Ninja was my trust in the products but also the addition of the smoker and the ability to circulate wood pellet smoke around the food. This is a game changer for me. Setting it up was as easy as removing it from the box and assembling the two side handles. That's it. It comes with instructions and recipes plus two bags of food grade wood pellets. I literally could not wait to try it out so marinaded some chicken and picked up some burgers, hot dogs, asparagus and corn on the cob. I filled the side pellet compartment as instructed but that was a mistake! You do not need to fill it all the way up. I would say half is more than adequate. My patio was smoking like crazy and the smell was overwhelming. Maybe if you were to use this on a yard it would be fine but for an apartment patio, hell no. My apartment smelled of burning wood for a good few hours! Not sure my neighbors would be happy either. I now limit the wood pellets and smoker. Everything has cooked brilliantly well. The chicken was moist and tender but flavorful, the burgers charred and smoky, the asparagus was fantastic! Much better than on a frying pan. The corn I decided to smoke and it was delightful. It really added depth to corn. I was worried about charring or lack thereof but it does a great job. The only thing I do not like about this is the clean down. As the top has a fan, you can expect oil and grease to travel everywhere and it does. Luckily there is a oil tray at the back that can be removed and cleaned. The grill plate can be removed and had washed. You just need to wait a good while for it to cool down first. The rest just needs wiped down with a sponge or cloth. The upper inside of the lid is a mess and can't really be cleaned but I guess that's the same for all grills or barbecues and probably adds to the flavor over time. I also wish the power cable was a foot longer. It's pretty short but an extension cord will remedy that. In all, I'm super happy with this purchase. It's not cheap but an excellent product if you are unable to have a gas grill at home.

  • I got the used like new and it fit the BL770 perfect!! So glad I bought it.

  • I have an NF700 and this works perfectly with my attachments. You do have to make sure that your model number matches up with what this one says will work with it. It also includes paper work that states which ones it will and wont work with. I didn't realize this was pre owned but that was on me for not checking the site better. Still it was clean and closes just fine. (Again check your model number to make sure it fits or you will run into issues others have mentioned) Like others have said it a bit on the bulky side for a storage container but because of how large the shredding disks are for the pro system it is what it is. Overall a solid 4/5 stars though I do wish it had come with it standard.

  • GOOD THINGS: The coffee tastes good. Although I prefer the flavor of perked coffee, I think this machine does a good job. I moved away from a percolator because I am tired of cleaning all the parts. The telephone support guy was very good and patient when I had a question setting it up. Easy to clean the machine, and you can go on Youtube for instructions. NOT AS GOOD: The machine is quite large and takes up a lot of counter space. It is also a bit tall, and my concern is the steam coming off the top will damage my wood cabinets over time, so I keep it on top of a towel so I can move it back and forth easier. There are little alarms that beep if you forget to move the “stop drip” back or when the coffee is done. But they should have added an alarm for the flip-down single cup holder as well. We use both the single-cup function and the full-pot function. Can you guess? There is no bell or whistle to warn you that the single mug holder is flipped down but you are brewing a full pot of coffee. So you turn it on, feed the dogs walk away and come back to coffee everywhere. Yep. When I first received it I felt the “chrome” finishes were cheap looking, but I got used to them. Overall, a decent cup of coffee, like the design but it needs some tweaks, and the company’s support team was good. UPDATE: the Clean Button started coming frequently on about 5 months after we started using it. I would clean it according to Ninja’s Youtube instructions, and sometimes in less than a week the light was on again. The Ninja was making large “cups” of coffee early in, but as the clean button became a problem, the amount of coffee it brewed varied depending on the Ninja’s mood that day. It finally breathed its last breath. The light came on a couple days after I cleaned it. Cleaning is a one-hour process: an hour with vinegar and water, then an hour with water to rinse, so I ignored it 2-3 days, and then it just quit working. I tried to run a clean cycle, but it refused to do that as well. I called customer service, and as stated above, they are very helpful. They tried to help me over the phone, nothing worked, so they are sending a new base. I had to pay a reasonable amount for shipping. Bad luck, their shipping is down and the new unit won’t be here for 4-6 weeks. I have mixed feelings about the machine, but it makes good coffee, so I am willing to try. Update to follow.

  • I bought it for its 8-qt size and sous vide ability. It has not disappointed and gone beyond my expectations. Love the sous vide, the steam, and the sauté mode. I also like the bake and the braise modes. I didn’t really buy it for the slow cooker mode, so can’t give an opinion on that. Here is a pic of the sous vide food. I have also done over easy eggs in it.

  • The non stick part works well. What I dislike is that I have had this set for a bit over a month and the metal part of the handles are already rusting. I have only hand washed these pots and still seems to be getting worse.
