Bought this to replace a bowl that was fractured on the bottom where the metal pin is embedded. After a short period of use in our kitchen, this one developed star-shaped fractures in the bottom after grating some pieces of Parmesan cheese. If the metal pin distorts or dislodges due to the cracks around it, it could pose a hazard to the user should the spinning cutter blades come off the pin. After filing a complaint with the Consumer Products Safety Commission and contacting Ninja customer relations, Ninja provided me another replacement base, but it is identical to the two that have previously cracked.

I drive a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia with a 2000 watt inverter. I had a bigger air fryer before this Ninja brand. My inverter wouldn't handle the bigger one and I had to switch to this little one. I'm happy with this one. I splash a little bit of oil on the grill, cut the steak/chicken breast into a smaller portion to fit in the basket, set the timer to the time I want and that's it. Really easy to use. Whatever cooking utensils I have dirtied I would take it in the shower room and use the sink from Love's or Pilot and clean it in there.

I was worried that the blender may be damaged when I saw the box torn up on my front porch but thankfully it wasn’t. I unboxed the product immediately and thank goodness Ninja uses such great interior packaging. I like my smoothies the consistency of soft serve ice cream and so far this hits the spot! I also like the lid and how you can turn the blades to fully mix the contents of the container I put peanut butter in my smoothies and it frequently sticks to the sides of the container inside and this feature takes care of that! Clean up was very easy I think it’s easier than the previous Ninja that I had for almost 10 years. The Ninja brand is well worth the money! Don’t hesitate purchasing, you’ll get your money’s worth it’s a well built product that I highly recommend.

This does the best of every pot. Out there! I made the best ribs and then crisped them, oh so wonderful! I actually made ribs all weekend without a fuss! I have cooked in it 3 times with the air crisper, which is the reason I purchased this! I have not been disappointed. I made crips French fries! This beats the mess from my stove top or oven. I would totally recommend this product. This has made my life better! The only thing extra that I had to do is order the Nija Foodi cookbook! I wanted to have more recepies than what came in the box. It is wonderful and so easy to use and clean. It is bigger than my rice cooker, so I had to readjust my countertops. But, I am not storing this underneath because it is heavy to be moving around. I do not regret this purchase! The glaze from the crisper on my meatloaf came out delicious!

I truly was expecting this to blow me away. Ninja blenders are well known. But this processor isn’t even as fast as my old 1990s no name one. The first thing I tried was to make breadcrumbs. I pressed hi and it ran till it shut itself off. It wasn’t broken down enough. I did it 4 more times. Nope. It even sounds slower than my old one. Hilarious and sad.

Fresh pineapple turned into a smooth frozen dessert is simply amazing. I have eaten this now dozens of times and it just doesn't get old. It is like Dole whip, but much healthier because it has just the one ingredient, pineapple. I loved it so much that I bought a second unit as a gift. Overall this machine has been pretty frustrating. I made pineapple first, based on reviews here, but as I branched out, using other fruit like mango and papaya and pitted cherries, the machine started malfunctioning, dropping the blade into the dessert. Digging it out and trying again worked for a while, until there was an awful grinding noise and the spindle that holds the blade was shredded. This was after about two months. Ninja was super good about this problem -- we connected by a video call, they looked at it, had me cut the unplugged cord while online and then sent me a new unit. I was super careful with this unit, making sure that the blade and spindle were clean every time, containers not overfilled and everything seated properly and ... it happened again, this time after a month. It also melted plastic in the blade holder and there was an acrid, burned plastic smell. Ninja was harder to get in touch with but sent me a new unit. Having not had any for a while, it took me two months to open the box, and it wouldn't turn on. I called Ninja and they had me send the unit back and sent me a new unit. This time they made me pay $20 shipping. So this time, on my fourth unit in six months, I *only* make pineapple and orange -- two single ingredient recipes in the book that comes with it. I quit experimenting with other fruits. I don't know why mango or papaya are different than pineapple, orange and banana, but I don't want to lose another unit. Pineapple is worth it. It is a fantastic dessert! I still eat frozen mango and papaya, just cubed and not run through the creami. BTW, I also have a vitamix and you can't do the same things in the vitamix that the creami will do. The vitamix is fantastic and can also make frozen desserts, but not the smooth, whipped pineapple that the creami will make. Is it worth it? If you are trying not to eat added sugar, the creami is the best way to have a terrific frozen dessert with no added sugar, milk, yogurt or anything else. A pineapple costs $3-$4 and makes two containers' worth. So even adding a couple of bucks per container for the unit itself, it is cost-effective over the frozen yogurt place -- if your unit holds out.

Made perfect waffles! I followed the manual instructions of before use care and used the recipe that came with the product. I was able to make 5 waffles on shade setting 5 for a more crispy waffle. It was very easy to use and satisfying to see a good waffle come out with low effort. I have no complaints.

Love it. Not loud at all.

Used this air fryer to make chicken nuggets and fries for my kids, it was so great to watch them enjoy one of their favorite food without all the grease! The air fryer is quiet, super easy to clean

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE my Coffee and my trusty Hamilton Beach coffee maker finally kicked the bucket one day so naturally I went ahead and got another Hamilton Beach (The Scoop) because I wanted single-serve functionality. To say I was DISAPPOINTED is understatement. That Coffee Maker made a MESS and splattered coffee everywhere, made VERY WEAK watery coffee, and couldn't even fit my favorite 'MAN-Sized' Cup. Needless to say I returned it and looked at alternative brands... ENTER THE NINJA! I was a bit skeptical at first, the price is on the premium side but at the same time looks like a MUCH more expensive machine... and the real question was, is it actually any good? or too good to be true? The Ninja addressed EVERY issue I had with the Hamilton Beach. Look at the pictures! I had the biggest grin on my face when I saw that it fit my MAN-Sized Cup PERFECTLY! ZERO splatter when making a cup of coffee and the cherry on top it has a 'drip-stop' lever to stop any drips after you remove the cup *chefs kiss* I LOVE the way the brew basket slides outwards to easily add your coffee, and the removable water reservoir so you can make yourself a cup without having to add water every time *chefs kiss* But the real question and main job of every Coffee Maker... does it make good coffee?? YES it does. DELICIOUS Smooth Coffee (with paper filters). *chefs kiss* Cone Filters # 4 by the way The Ninja has spoiled me with the Coffee Size selection now. If I'm in the mood for a BIG cup or a small cup I can precisely select how much I want. I've also tried out the 'Over Ice' and 'Cold Brew' selections and they work GREAT! Basically just fill your cup with ice and it will do the rest, and don't worry it will not overflow or anything. Both options are basically Iced Coffee but 'Cold Brew' takes a lot longer but promises a smoother coffee and brews it a lot slower, and WOW it's Amazing! *chefs kiss* I absolutely love everything about this Ninja coffee maker. The people who made these clearly love their coffee too and speak my language. I'm sold on Ninja for life! Get one and you won't regret it... Don't think twice I promise it'll be *chefs kiss*

Really wanted to enjoy this product. Arrived promptly and packaged well except no instruction book just a QR code for manual. After a week it the warming plate would not work hence tepid coffee hoped for a replacement but it’s unavailable have purchased many ninja products and have been pleased with the brand but disappointed with this coffee maker

Totally awesome for making protein ice cream !! I use raw milk and fair life with a scoop or two of 1st phorm chocolate mint protein. Amazing

I have had these long enough now to know that I made the best purchase decision in a very long time when I ordered them and I am telling you right now I will never use another brand of kitchen utensil ever again. Why? Because these Ninja's are more than wonderful to use and to care for. They are non-stick and the non-stick never fails. They clean up like a breeze. Even the toughest burned on foods slide right off when cleaning. They are sturdy, they are durable and they are beautiful. They are everything a serious cook could ever hope for.

Looks dirty/used. Multiple areas on the blades are unfinished or chipped. Subpar item. Not comfortable using on my food.
