I just opened it out of the box I like it I just wish the pitcher and jar was glass instead of plastic. If you’re looking for a blender with glass pitcher the ninja wouldn’t be the right one for you. I’m gonna keep my old blender and see how long this ninja goes and I will do another update.
Although I had to go online (YouTube was a great resource) to learn how to do anything with my purchase (no manual supplied), It works well. Is it noisy, yes, but no windows broken from sonic vibrations!! It's noise is truly not that bad. Starting your base freezing a day ahead is not a big deal. The biggest minor pain is cleaning it all. I let the top and blades soak in soapy water (a little bleach added for germs) and after scrub with a soft brush, then thoroughly rinse. The top lever to attach blades has a hole you can run water thru. The plastic cannister i rinse then hand soap wash to keep it clear (I read dishwashing degrades the plastic). All in all, it's working well. Oh, it was supplied with 2 cannisters, you may want to buy extras (24 hour freeze time fyi).

Listed as in Excellent condition. Cosmetically, it was anything but. It had scratches all over it. I would rate this at Good if I were being very generous. I’ll be sending it back ASAP.
Original post was taken down because it wasn’t a 5 star review, this pan just cooking normally without it on super high heat not on the stove for very long. The cover blew off and burned my skin.
Container will fracture at base within months if you use it regularly. I bought 1 for myself, a 2nd for my girlfriend and then bought another for myself when the blender container on the first one fractured at multiple locations and could not be operated without leaking. All 3 had fractures within months. Guess I should have realized that the low price point was a result of lack of engineering and and inadequate QA/QC. Why should I have assumed that they would test the product before marketing it?

Nice ninja food processor, comes with different size containers and chopping blades. Very easy to clean parts. Fairly quiet, well designed and durable. Awesome power and very versatile for making many different foods.
This is one of the best items I have purchased this year love it easy to use and plenty room to prepare the food

The brewer does its job. Brews pretty fast, and the removable water tank makes it easy to clean. There’s a problem, however… The buttons literally don’t do anything: - want to use just the “stay warm” option? You can’t have water in the tank. Otherwise, it will brew. - using a “small batch” mode (up to 4 cups)? Guess what, you can have 12 cups in the tank, and it will brew all 12 cups regardless. Makes you question what is the point of such button, right? - brewing the coffee and you think it brewed enough? Too bad, disabling the “brew” button doesn’t stop the brewing process. Honestly, why is there a small batch option, if it doesn’t make a difference? Why is there a brew button, if “stay warm” acts the same? I’ll be reaching out to the support to get answers to those question.

It's great. When I put water in it at 4 cups it makes a full 8 oz cup. Very dependable.
i am using it for 7 months. 5 daily shakes a week. I shake juice with chia seed, seasame seeds etc. it works effectively and i am getting the results i am expecting. The matters i am not satisfied with are: 1) the top rubber sealing is melting (see attached)...maybe because i am pouring hot water - from the tap - into it <?> 2) the opening is not sealing effectively (liquid as low as 1'' below the top) see attached i reached out to customer service and they are sending a replacement for the cup, knives and lid. the customer service is top notch!! Received the parts. Integrity restored
