  • My ninja broke down so i ordered this one so i could have coffee…right!? Well it arrived FAST. It brews: Hot water but does NOT brew coffee. And it does not come with an instruction book so you have to download it from a scan square bar. That doesn’t work either. I am so frustrated and so upset. I have a long trip to make in the morning and wanted coffee ready to go. Now I not only have to get up earlier but i have to BUY coffee at a kiosk. I am so not happy at all. Last time i buy an “excellent refurbished” ANYTHING

  • Most of the buttons don’t light up, so I can’t change the brew type. Then I tried to brew a cup, and nothing but water came out. I can’t even make coffee! Ridiculous.

  • How did I live without this?! I use this blender almost daily, and now want to get another one for my family (since they want to use it all the time!). I first tried the blender at a friend’s house and she raved about it, so I purchased it and it’s not disappointed! The full charge lasts for a few uses, and then I charge it again. I like being able to drink my shake or smoothie on the go without dirtying a second cup.

  • My package came in and I’m loving it and I can’t wait to use it 🔥🔥🔥

  • A couple of my friends have a Ninja grill…not the smoker version. They swear by it. Since I already have an electric smoker, a portable pizza oven, an Oklahoma Joe Longhorn combo (offset smoker, charcoal grill, propane grill, and side burner), and a 28” Blackstone flat top griddle, I couldn't imagine that this little grill would be of any use to me. However, I decided to purchase the Ninja OG701 7-in-1 Outdoor Electric Grill & Smoker. Why not? ninjaoutlets.com has a very simple return policy if I decide it's not for me. I've had it almost a week and grilled/smoked a Ribeye steak. I'll be honest, as much as I love to cook, and have been told I’m very good at it, I have never been able to get a steak just right. Consequently, decades ago I resigned myself to only getting steak at a reputable steakhouse. After reading recipes and watching several videos I took the leap and grilled a ribeye. I'll be darned if it didn't turn out to be a perfect medium rare with slight char and handsome grill marks. Oh, And a warm smokey flavor I didn't think was possible in such a short cook time. To prepare the steak, I added pellets to the hopper, turned the dial to grill, set it for only 10 minutes (the pamphlet suggests 20, but many, many reviews complain that cook times in the pamphlet are much too long), and waited until it told me to Add Food (I only seasoned with salt and pepper). I placed the steak in the grill and when Ninja told me to Flip, I flipped. When the time was up I used my trusty Thermapen and the internal temp was 122F. I knew the temp would end up somewhere between 125 and 130 after the steak rested for a few minutes while I made my salad. I was eating outside, but decided to take it inside since my moaning over how delicious this was could have been interpreted as “something else.” Next was Balsamic Glazed Grilled Zucchini and Squash. No smoke, just simple grilling. Delicious and so easy. I followed this up with Air Crisped Chicken Wings. Again, opted not to get too fancy because I wanted to see how good they were without any glaze, sauce, or highly seasoned rub. I set the grill, on Air Crisp, preheated it, put the wings in the air crisper basket when it told me to Add Food. At the halfway point it reminded me to flip, but all I did was shake them up a bit. Once the time was up I was rewarded with super juicy wings with crispy skin. Every bit as good as what I've had at a local wings restaurant known for their good wings. Cleanup is as easy as they claim. The grill plate is a ceramic coated nonstick composite. The burned foods bits practically slide off. After each use I squirted it with the faucet's spray function and gently sponged it with warm soapy water. If only my Blackstone were that easy to clean! I lined the drip pan with foil so cleaning it was a matter of tossing out the tin foil. I watched a video by Dad Got This called How the Heck Do You Deep Clean Your Ninja Woodfire Grill. His secret weapon for cleaning the interior of the lid is Easy Off Degreaser…NOT the oven cleaner! Spray the inside of the lid but have your paper towels ready because it will immediately run and bring the gunk with it. This is like watching a miracle in real time. I plan on doing this after every few cooks. I used my hair dryer on Low Heat to dry it off after toweling it dry. Since I live alone I felt the smaller size would be plenty for me. The big (pardon the pun) advantage of the XL is the 33% more cooking surface. I also did not want the temperature probe offered on the Pro or Pro XL because for all of my other griddles, smokers, etc. I use either a ThermaPro digital, wireless, infrared, or Temp Spike. Plus I always double check the final cook temp with my ThermaPro Instant Read thermometer. And after reading numerous reviews, it seems the included Ninja probe isn't as accurate as a ThermaPro. I'll be retiring in 3 months and am looking forward to preparing breakfast outside as well as most of my other meals. In the snowy and rainy season I will wheel it into my oversized garage, open the garage door and BBQ like it's summertime. Now for the one SERIOUS PROBLEM with the Ninja OG701 7-in-1 Outdoor Electric Grill & Smoker. Drum roll please - One of these isn't enough!!! I am probably going to buy a second one so I can cook two things at once using different cook methods. Perhaps the non-smoking indoor grill. Crazy, huh? But that's how much I love this grill. I may never use my kitchen range ever again. And I'm pretty sure my Blackstone will get jealous now that I've purchased the griddle plate accessory. Even my large electric smoker will get a much needed rest. As far as the Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Combo…well, I gave it away to my handyman yesterday. I knew I'd never use it again.

  • Love this new glass air fryer. I like that it's glass and isn't Teflon. I like that I can see my food cooking, and it's easy to clean and handle.

  • So far everything has worked good. Be very careful when washing blades, they are super sharp and no matter how careful you are you can get cut. I don’t like that when you have a small batch to blend of something, it splatters everything and some ingredients need to be pushed down. Also, I really didn’t like that when you wash the pitchers, water gets into the handles and there is no way you can dry them. I am afraid it can develop some bacteria in there or mold in the long term. I might have to return it.

  • This is brand new and perfect fit for the ct672a set. Honestly the set could only be better if it had an additional mixer cup. Why did you guys need to change everything up?

  • If you are going to blend everyday, get something higher end with a better design. Here are my reasons: This Ninja (Model SS150) has great blending power but that is where the goodness ends! The design of the blade system cap is horrible. As you can see in the photo, it is impossible to clean down in the threaded groove area. Yep, your smoothie blend gets down in there no matter how tight you put the blade cap on the cup. Next issue, I recently noticed the blade cap system cracked and has been allowing my smoothie blend to lead through and into the motor base area. Unfortunately, the 1 year warranty just ended a couple months ago. But I must say that I use the Ninja 3x per day 7 days a week so maybe this unit is not capable of being used so much. The blade drive connection system to the motor base is like a stiff rubber to plastic. Lastly, I really dislike the twisti pitcher system. In theory it is a great idea, but like the blade cap, has places that are impossible to clean - little holes all around it that liquid can get into and are not cleanable and can't dry properly (see photo, red arrows). Who comes up with this stuff? I didn't mention the noise it makes because nearly all blenders are just really loud. Just ordered a Vitamix E310, hopefully it is more robust.

  • I'll preface by saying I've used this grill extensively, and as a product designer myself, it was impossible to not be constantly bothered by the silly, nonsensical design choices made in this grill. Overall, it's super quick to start, easy to get going, cooks amazingly for what it is, but the user experience could be improved quite a bit. In theory, the grill tries to guide you along to do the right thing at the right time and make it stupid-baby-simple, but in practice, it obscures the simplicity of its functions, makes what you're trying to do annoying, and forces users to fight against the grill to do what they want. First, the knob for the mode selector. If you touch it in the middle of cooking and change a setting, which is quite easy to do, everything resets. I've had this happen more than once and it's very frustrating. I've also accidentally went from the "grill" setting to "off" a couple times by accident which just shouldn't be possible. This should be a much more rigid knob at the least, and the on/off switch should be a totally separate function. Alternatively, if you try to change a setting during cooking, the display should ask you if you actually want to change cooking modes and hit start to confirm. Second, the woodsmoke button is weird and not intuitive. You have to enable woodsmoke by pressing the button BEFORE pressing start or it won't ignite. There is a way to turn it on mid-grill by pressing and holding the woodsmoke button until it starts flashing but this isn't obvious and also doesn't seem to work as well. This should simply be an on/off switch on its own circuit and operate independently from the rest of the unit. There are times when I don't want to start smoking until later, or want to cut off the smoke when I think it's had enough, and I really can't do that unless I reset the grill and go through the motions again to get it running with the right settings. Next, temperature. Why is there not a thermometer reading on the interface or the shell of the grill so that you know what the air temp inside is? It absolutely has a thermoregulator because there's a preheat function that will change its progress bar if the grill is already hot when you begin the preheat, so its measuring something in there, but we aren't allowed to see it! Silly! The meat thermometer is nice and works well but sometimes I'm not cooking meats and still want a temp reading in there... Cooking... For whatever reason, the grill (and possibly other) setting adds in a random "FLIP FOOD" beep that triggers at half of whatever your grill time was when you set it. This is almost never correct, gets your attention for no reason, and won't go away until you lift and close the lid. Get rid of this dumb "feature". Because this is essentially an air fryer, almost every setting wants to utilize the internal fan. Depending on what you're cooking this can be really annoying. I've cooked pancakes on this using the flat top add-on, and when the fan kicks in, it makes the pancakes slide and fly around inside the grill. makes a huge mess. you have to stand there and lift and close the lid every time the fan kicks on. Please add a "griddle" setting or something that will not use the fans, or will only spin them a tiny bit. THE BEEPS - my god this thing likes to beep. it sings beeps all the time. Chill with the beeps unless the preheat is done or the timer is done. There's no other reason to bother me. Overall, I still really like it, it does cook very well despite its size and it basically being an air fryer. I've smoked pork to success, made pizzas, pancakes, bacon & eggs, anything you can think of, and it CAN yield great results... It really would be the perfect little electric grill if it would just shut the F up and let me use its functions the way I want to instead of pretending that it's helping me. Lastly.... "WOODFIRE" is a F'ing stupid misleading title for this thing. It's just not a woodfire grill. Factually, it is not the thing that it is called. That makes no sense and misleads users. This should have been called WOODSMOKE!!! Come on!!!

  • I have been eyeing this down for awhile but have been dragging my feet because of the cost. I finally pulled the trigger and I’m not going to lie, I should have done it sooner. We eat so much ice cream and it seems like everyone wants something different. I love that I can make four different ones and everyone can be happy. But what I love most about this, is that I KNOW what’s going into my ice cream and how much better I am making it for my kids! Another thing I love it being able to make all my high protein ice creams/shakes at a reasonable price now!! That’s been a game changer! My only complaint is that we have to make everything 24 hours ahead. Kind of a pain but I’m adjusting to it and learning to plan a head more! But seriously, this is worth every penny and more. BUY IT! Easy to use and EASY TO CLEAN!

  • I had one of these many years ago. Loved it then. Life changed & I moved. I had to start over again, with nothing. My black & decker coffees pot was good. Until it died. Then I had to buy new. I did my research & found the model i previously owned. I knew I had to get it. Bought it, got free overnight shipping. It was on my doorstep before 5am the next day. Brewed coffee is extremely hot. It doesn’t get cold fast at all. The taste. OMG! The taste! So good. Definitely worth buying. Very good investment.

  • I’ve juiced mandarin oranges, carrots, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, mint, garlic, onions, basil, celery, mangos, cilantro and red peppers. Carrots seem to strain the machine a little but they work, helps a lot if you microwave them for a minute first. Mangos were too fibrous and kept getting stuck. The apples I used also strained the machine a bit and it would help to peel them first. Everything else worked perfectly. Fresh mandarin orange juice and the carrot juice are my favorites so far. I’ve also found juicing herbs and veggies makes for a great marinade. Super easy to clean. Sometimes the filters will get a little clogged with seeds or pulp. If the juice starts to slow down and back up into the machine just let what’s in there drain and give the filter a rinse before continuing. Pairs great with a carbonation machine!

  • Growing up in the in the Southwest I became an addict to a slushy produced from a store that was open from 7 to 11. As a make believe grown up, I am addicted to going to a particular coffee shop that people love to hate, but I like their frozen coffee drink. Plus, when I get back home, I go to my favorite burger place and get their milkshakes. We are planning to move to Spain in two years. Since the places I go to for these drinks do not exist in the town I am moving to, I decided to buy this machine, since it is available there too, to test and try out recipes so I can make these drinks when I am there. So far, I have tried out Slushy mode on several drinks. Starting with coke and punch from the market. I also used Frappé mode for store bought drinks in the bottles that you can buy at the market instead of the specialty coffee shop. Plus, boysenberry for a slushy drink that needs to be done on Juice mode. Lastly, I have also made milkshakes from flavored milk. What a joy! Following directions from the short recipe book I have been able to create my favorites. I have discovered that it is best to follow the recipes if there are some. Boysenberry was tricky. It is a juice, and the machine has Frozen Juice mode. However, the first try it did indeed freeze it so it was not slushy and I had to take it apart in order to get the juice out. The machine does allow you to adjust the temp. The next time it came out perfect, but I did have to play with it to make it so. My daughter, who will inherit this machine, since I cannot bring it to Spain, bought me recipe books for the machine. So far, this machine is magic. I am addicted to the drinks I can make with it. For now, practice making the drinks here in the states. When I move to Spain, I plan on getting the same machine there and making my drinks to enjoy.

Very happy it works with my NN102. Nice looking and sturdy though I am not sure how insulated it is. The mug feels cold to the touch unlike my other insulated mug. My smoothie hasn't lasted long enough to tell yet. All great things stay the same as the original cup. Fits in my larger cup holder, slightly different lid that open past the edge of the lid unlike what comes what come with my NN102 and the spout is in a depression. Actually easier to clear"n
